It is nice to be greeted warmly on arrival. 🙂 The assistants are ALWAYS very friendly, yet professional. Gentle and sweet with our dogs as well. We saw Dr. Gail for the first time and really liked her. She was knowledgable, friendly, and gentle with our little dog. S. Challman
